Ingredients for 3-4 persons
500 gram minced beef
1,2 dl bread crumbs
1-2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 small chopped onion
1/2 dl of chopped parsley
2 table spoons olive oil
1-2 table spoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Mix everything in a big bowl and either stir with a wooden spoon or mix with your hands.
Form into small hamburger shapped patties and place on a plate.
Either grill them, or use a frying pan.
Serve with tzatziki, potato cloves, salad…
You can barbecue them or just fry them in your frying pan. A
