Swedish waffles

Today is the waffle day so I made us some waffles for breakfast. And it’s so easy! Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients

125 gram butter

2 dl milk

4 dl wheat flour

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 dl cold water

1, Melt the butter, and put it aside.

2, Whisk together milk, flour, eggs and baking soda into a smooth batter.

3, Stir in the melted butter and water.

4, Heat up your waffle iron. And add a Little butter, and then the batter. The waffles should become a bit golden brown.

Enjoy with some whisked cream and jam, Nutella, strawberries or anything you like.
