Pasta with kale

I cooked this meal with some Aito Oat Cuisine. And it was a very pleasant surprise!! But you can use any Oat Cream, or cream if you like.

4 portions

400 gram pasta

250 gram kale

3 pieces of garlic

1 yellow onion



2,5 dl Aito Oat Cuisine

2 tablespoons of vegetable stock

2 dl walnuts or pine nuts

2,5 dl water (you will use the pasta water)

Black pepper

1, Boil the pasta

2, Chop the onion and garlic, and then fry them in butter for some minutes.

3, Add the kale and fry until it is soft.

4, Add the Aito Oat Cuisine, stock, and the water from the pasta.

5, Add the walnuts

6, Done! Mix with the pasta!


You can add some chicken to the pasta if you want.

We did that once and it was delicious! Fry some pieces of chicken on the side, with butter, salt and pepper.
