This smoothie has no dairy. And it’s super delicious!
This recipe makes 1 big glas or 2 normal sized ones.
1 apple, just rinse it and remove the apple core.
1 dl (1/2 cup) rinsed grapes, red or green
1 dl (1/2 cup) raspberry’s, you can use frozen ones if it is not in season
A big splash of orange juice
Blend it all in a good blender until it’s smooth.
Pour in a glas.
I sprinkle some chia seeds on top of the glass, and a crushed raspberry.
