The perfect snack with the drink, or as a side to the barbecue.
For 2-4 persons
200 grams of Pimientos de Padron
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Coarse Sea Salt
1, Heat the grill
2, Rinse and dry the peppers
3, Add the padrones to a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil, toss them around so they all get coated with the oil.
4, When the grill is ready add the peppers to the grill, and don’t let them touch each other, turn them around occasionally. Grill for about 5-6 minutes until they are a little bit charred.
Remove to a serving plate, sprinkle with sea salt.
