Rigeleje Beach by Malin

I came up with this drink recipe yesterday. I use “Åhus akvavit” that is produced in Åhus close to my summer house. The distillery was the country’s hub for Aquavit production for many decades. Today they only produce Åhus Akvavit.

The botanicals are Caraway, horrible rosemary, lemon peel, fennel and Seville orange.

You can drink it as a shot or in a cocktail. I love to make cocktails with it.


6 cl Åhus Akvavit

8 cl Cloudy Apple juice

3 cl freshly squeezed lemon

3 cl sugar syrup


Shake all of the ingredients with ice and pour it in a glas if your choice.


Evening stroll down my beach, or it’s not mine of course. But it’s where I have my summer house;)
