One of the best things you can eat according to me. And I really like to have them baked in oven.
125 gram Butter
3 cloves of garlic
A handful parsley
1, Preheat the oven at 225C or 375 F
2, Cut the langoustines in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Remove the heads and discard, and remove the claws and have them as an appetiser while the langoustine is in the oven later.
3, Put the langoustines in the roasting pan.
4, Chop the parsley
5, Mix the butter with parsley and garlic and some salt and pepper.
6, Add the garlic / parsley butter on top of the langoustine meat.
7, Cook in the middle of the oven for 4-5 minutes.
8, Serve immediately! Serve with some fresh bread to scrape up the garlic butter with.
Either you serve them at the baking tray, or at plates for a nicer serving.
We paired the langoustines with a Brochet Sauvignon Blanc. So perfect together! Just saying!
