There is a new BBQ place in the city centre of Stockholm. The chefs have been down to Holy Smoke to learn how to make some great ribs, burgers and lot’s of other delicious food. And they have invested in a nice smoker and a great grill. The chefs Martin Magnusson and Magnus Bergh are the guys behind this new BBQ shack. These two has lots of experience in the restaurant business, and they really know what they are doing here. As well as a big restaurant with 120 seats, there is 2 bars, they have their own Pitmaster 5,0 that is created for them by ”Carnegie Brewery” and there is a small dance floor by the taproom. Another really cool thing is the Take-Away kiosk where you will order the food at some screens in the entrance. Some examples from the menue is fried rooster wingssmoked brisket burger and oysters. Folkparken will be open Monday – Saturday
