2 table spoons beet root powder
1 milliliter salt
2 table spoons birch sugar
2 mililiter Vanilla
1, Mix all the ingredients with the crem fraiche. 2, Leave for an hour in the fridge.
3, Put on a plate, and add some raspberries or blueberries. And why not some edible flowers, crushed Leksands crisp bread or nuts. And a tiny bit of whisked oat cream.
