Pas D’Art in Stockholm

The latest restaurant in Stockholm city. Perfectly located at Biblioteksgatan so that it is easy to pop in to. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And to round it off you can try out their bar. I haven’t had the pleasure jet so I don’t know how the drinks are. So how is this place? For me this is a hit just entering the place. Martin Brudnizki is the man behind the magnificent interior that throws you back in time with its hand painted walls, colours and interior. If you just placed me here then I would guess that I was in France. And that is a good thing as I am not a person that likes the sterile white places. The only good thing with them is that you get way better photos of the food. But Pas D’Art is maximalism!

Me and Michael

Michelin chef Michael Spiridon has set the menu, and he does it with love and passion. He fits right in here as he is very passionate about the French kitchen. The food will have a French touch but the ingredients Swedish. Michael will follow the seasons and work as sustainable as possible. Gustaf Mabrouk is behind the desserts and bread, and with all his medals Pas d’Art really shows that they take the sweet stuff seriously. I haven’t tried it out jet so I will give you an update about it.

The price for a meal is ok, mains go for between 245-400 kronor. (25-40 Euro)

    What a perfect French Bistro that uses local ingredients and if the the table represents the rest of the interior then you have a gem on your hands!!! The menus are making me so hungry lol.

        The artichokes with that salmon dish are one of my favorite preparations, I remember many a day as a young cook turning cases of artichokes to prep for barigoule
