INGREDIENTS 4-5 persons
7,5 dl plain flour (3,5 cups)
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons caster sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
4,5 dl milk (2 cups)
1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Then mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Start with the egg and give it a lightly whisk.
3. Add the dry ingredients to do with the ingredients and mix, but do not over mix! Use of fork four example.
4. Heat up some butter in a skillet, and fry on each side. I rather make them a bit smaller because it’s easy that they get doughy inside if they are too big.
Enjoy those fluffy pancakes with some maple syrup, bacon, caramel sauce or what ever you like.
