This is a dish that is supposed to be done with pork, but most of the time I use chicken instead. So another week has gone by, and I was having the luck to join my friend Anna for a cooking event with Sebastian Gibrand, Sweden’s Bocuse d’Or contestant and Global knives. The theme was Japanese Street Food and I was in charge of the dessert. Fantastic evening, and so much fun hanging out with a great gang and eat some amazing food!
One of Stockholm’s best pizza places now has two locations! And you really compose your own pizza. First of al you pick what size you wan’t, big or small. Then you decide if you wan’t a rye pizza base, a classic wheat flour base or a gluten free version. And what toppings.
The summer cafe is located in the beautiful old Käpylä neighborhood in Helsinki. I would recommend a bike ride from the city as it is such a pretty way going here. Lentil soup is easy to make, and you can add so many different things to it. In this recipe I really like the taste of coconut milk in it. It gives a really nice flavour to the soup.
