This is my favourite soup! And I always make a lot of it, normally I have a sandwich to it. But I didn’t have that at home..
Recipe for 3-4 persons
8 Jerusalem Artichokes (about 500 grams)
3 dl of vegetable stock
2,5 dl of cream
What to do?
Peel the Jerusalem artichokes, and cut into pieces.
And peel and slice the shallots.
Then you sweat them.
When that is done throw it all into your mixer. Swish!!
And then you add the cream, let it all simmer for some minutes.
Dinner is ready!
Nabo means neighbour in old Swedish and danish.
So first stop when you enter is the bar.
The restaurant is very Scandinavian in their style and food. It’s a nice mix!
And then we have the food, wich is really good!
And a must is their tartar ! It comes with different dips, and is utterly amazing! I will have it every time I’m there!!
The menue us long enough and it’s a nice mix of vegetarian options if your up for that.

Clarion Sign Hotel in Stockholm has teamed up with Marcus Samuelsson to have a greener menue at their hotels. This week they have a special menue that Marcus has created. And I have to say that it was truly amazing.
I can stay green, if just Marcus cooks for me!
If that’s what you want then you find it at two places in Sweden!
The first one is Phil’s Burger that has several locations in the Stockholm area.
Phil’s is a really nice hamburger place with great burgers.
You can find the locations here:
The other place is at Scandic Hotels, and they will serve it at all their hotels that has a kitchen!!
You find the Scandic here;
So Beyond Burger is really here now!!

A tapas night in scenic Logroño is a very relaxed thing. You can go between places, order tapas and drink some cava and wine.
So we started off with some Campo Viejo Cava, some nice ham and piparras. That sort of started off the evening very nice;)
At the next place we had tomato salad and a nice Rioja. We stood out at the street eating, drinking and just enjoyed ourselves!
And then some calamares and sepia. And some more Rioja;)
The sepia was the best ever! Loved it!
We ended the night at a really nice place (2 forks) with some beautiful Rioja from Campo Viejo and some tasty Cecina (from de León)
We also had some dessert, but I didn’t manage to take a picture..
