Handing out a price!!

Skånska Gastronomipriset, I had the honour to hand out the prize to Southern Sweden’s Biggest Star 2018, Martin Morand. Martin is an amazing pastry chef. He is a member of the Swedish Pastry Team that won Coupe du Monte Europe 2018! And soon will compete World Wide!

This was an amazing night with people that love food and drink in Skåne (Southern Sweden)

And to represent Gourmet magazine here was an honour!

And a big bonus was that I could hang out with my friend Gunilla there!

That won the World Cup, invited some people for some bubbles today at their camp at the Electrolux HQ.

So I gave them some Gourmet mags, had a nice time chatting with them and took this funny picture! They will soon start practising for Stuttgart 2020! Let’s hope for gold again!

Swedish Pastry Chef of the year

Yesterday Disa Molin won the Swedish Pastry Chef of the year in Stockholm!! It was two very exciting days before they finally decided who would win.

Franciane Tartari had an allergic chock, and as fast as she was done she had to be rushed to the hospital. I have never seen anyone be as stubborn as her!
