Lily Bollinger Award

After two exciting days the Lily Bollinger award was over, and the winner was Maja Hempel! Such a great competition for female sommeliers. I love to follow this gang! Mattias Larsson made the food for the lunch. And I got to try some really good combinations of food and Bollinger. The La Grande Annee with Prosciutto di Parma with a Gruyere cheese cream, yellow beet, cloudberry and roasted hazelnuts was amazing!Maja won a champagne trip, and this really cool bike!
