A new exhibition at Spritmuseum in Stockholm. About what we can eat and drink in the future. And how we can do it in a sustainable way.
A very interesting exhibitions, that is so important! Because everyone needs to change their way of eating and drinking. It’s about future visions, health trends and climate-friendly cuisine.

They use organically grown produce.but they also use all the leftovers to produce drinks and out of food.so they actually use their trash.like a noways restaurant
I am so glad I found your blog.. Really enlightening to know about sustainable food and beverages of the future.. 🙂 Can you elaborate how this restaurant makes the food and drinks in a sustainable (I mean, why is it different from procuring organically grown food)?
