Normally I don’t use cream as a topping. But it is really tasty, more like a cake. You can add some berries on top too.INGREDIENTS 12 medium sized muffins
2 dl flour
1,5 dl sugar
125 gram soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1,5 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons milk
CHOCOLATE CREAM INGREDIENTS
3 dl whipping cream
1 dl cacao
1 dl sugar
(Or just chocolate powder that is for drinking, it already has the sugar in it. So skip the sugar then!)
Heat up the oven to 200C.
Whisk the sugar and egg so that it becomes white and fluffy.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the milk. Mix.
Add the milk. Mix.
Fill each cup about two-thirds full.
Bake for about 10 minutes.

Whip the whipping cream
Mix the cacao and sugar and then mix it with the whipping cream. It should be well whisked as you want to add it on top of the muffins.
Pipe the cream on top of each muffin.
Add berries if you want.
And if there is any left after serving them, keep them in the fridge as it is whipping cream!
