So Sebastian Gibrand and his team is representing Sweden the 11-12 th of June. I had the luck to try out his food yesterday at Ulriksdals Värdshus. Obviously no photos are allowed to be displayed until the 12th. But both the display of the food, and the food were amazing! And Ulriksdals is such a beautiful old classic restaurant.
