Salmon poke bowl

DIY poke bowl with a friend, makes the lunch a bit more intresting. And everyone gets a bowl just like they want.

You need the following ingredients:

About 125 grams of salmon per person, sliced into little cubes.

(If you want to marinade the salmon then you can make a marinade with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger and garlic)

Boiled luke warm rice, I prefer sushi rice

Mango, in small cubes

Avocado slices

2-3 spring onions in slices

Cocktail tomatos

Cucumber

Radish in thin slices

Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro on the top

I like to have a Tamari sauce on top of it all

WHAT TO DO?

1, Boil the rice (When the rice is boiling, then you can prepare all the other ingredients)

2, Remove the skin and bones from the salmon, if it has any. And then cut the salmon into small cubes. Keep it in the refrigerator afterwards!

3, If you want to marinate the salmon then you mix the marinade together and add the salmon into it. Keep it in the refrigerator afterwards!

4, Prepare all the other ingredients and add them in little bowl’s.

5, When the rice has cooled down for some minutes you add some rice into each bowl.

6, Add the salmon and all the rest. Top with the sesame seeds and cilantro.

7, If you didn’t marinate the salmon, then you add some Tamari soy sauce on top.

Prepare everything, and let everyone do their own bowl!

And you can put nearly everything into a bowl!
