MSC, sustainable fishing brekkie

Henrik Norström, he actually has the first restaurant in Sweden that had MSC fish at the menu! And he is also the brilliant chef behind the sustainable fish breakfast.

So why should you look for the blue MSC label? Well it actually shows that the fish is caught in a sustainable way. There is so many people that just fish and don’t think about the damage they do when they fish in a unsustainable way. It is threatening the fish populations, ocean habitats, the coastal fishing communities and economies. If people are more aware of what they are eating, then we wouldn’t have a problem. But now we do! So look for the MCS label, and enjoy that fish!
