Aperol is 100 years old this year, and you see the beautiful orange drink everywhere.
Here is the classic Aperol Spritz recipe;
Preparation Time: 5 min
- FILL A WINE GLASS WITH ICE
- COMBINE PROSECCO DOC FOLLOWED BY APEROL IN EQUAL PARTS
- ADD A DASH OF SODA
- GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE SLICE
This serving avoids the Aperol settling at the bottom!
