Chocolate mousse

A vegan chocolate mousse that is both delicious and healthy! And if you don’t wanna tell anyone they won’t notice!

INGREDIENTS:

2 dl Plant based creme fraiche

2 table spoons cacao powder

2 table spoons beet root powder

1 milliliter salt

2 table spoons birch sugar

2 mililiter Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients with the creme fraiche.

Leave for an hour in the fridge.

Put on a plate, and add some raspberries or blueberries. And why not some edible flowers, crushed Leksands crisp bread or nuts. And a tiny bit of whisked oat cream.

    Ooo, I love chocolate mousse! Where do you get birch sugar at? I’ve never heard of it before.

      Hi
      Xylitol that is made from birch tree, some xylitol aren’t.
