If you are looking for some ascetic white interior, then this is not a place for you. But if you are looking for colour and some Instagram friendly interior, then this is your place! And their bar area is like porn for someone who see’s everything in photos. (me) And for me, this is a place that actually gives me the same sensational feeling as some of my hangout places in Shanghai. I just love it! If you wanna invite me for a lunch, this is a great place. Some shopping at Biblioteksgatan and Sturegallerian, and then a nice drink or food at Arnold’s. Sounds like a great plan to me. So how is the food?
I had really classic food like a Kalix white Fish roe that I shared with my little nephew. He loved it, and I am not sure his parents appreciate him getting to love this exclusive treat.. But I heard that you can be the number one auntie bribing kids like this, so why not! I also had a steak tartare, and some grilled seabass. All really well cooked and tasted really good. The place is a bit decadent, and it is not cheap nor expensive. But this is Stureplan, so this is exactly how it should be here.
Price examples; Kalix White Fish Roe Brioche 275 Skr, the Burrata starter was 175 Skr and a the Grilled Seabass 345 Skr.
I did not try any desserts, I have to do that next time. But they looked like I would like them…
