Prosciutto di Parma
I was invited to L’Avventura today to learn some more about real Prosciutto di Parma. Karl Ljung was talking about the way it’s produced. Read and learn! And then have a nice thin slice of some Prosciutto di Parma!

Went for a italian lunch with Zonin and Rocca di Montemassi at L’Avventura today with the owner Francesco Zonin. We started out with a nice Zonin Prosecco.
And then we started with some antipasti, prosciutto di Parma, Wild boar salami, olive tapenade, parmigiana region and a fennel salad. Combined with a Rocca di Montemassi Calasole Vermentino. The Calasole is fresh and has a touch of citrus.
And then we moved on to a Spicy vodka pasta San Marzano tomatoes and parmigiano with a glass of Rocca di Montemassi Syrosa.
Rose and pasta😋
This was today’s favourite! The Rocca di Montemassi Maremma was the perfect match to the grilled entrecote. Which was served with gremolata, truffle mayonnaise and a tomato and salvia juice. The wine was super, and I can see me with a dark chocolate and this wine, that would work well too;)
Dessert, well of course!! Lemon sorbet and a glas of Zonin Prosecco Special Cuve!
And then you could count me out;)
What I had for dinner.. That’s another story😂
Francesco, thank you for everything you thought me today! And for the nice lunch!
If you want a cozy restaurant this is the place. L’Avventura is located in an old cinema from the 1920s. The wall paintings and deco is all original by Nils Asplund, Jöns Thulin and Augusto Conte. The food is Italian, and if you go there you gotta get the fried truffle risotto bowls, and the stracciatella is amazing! And…. the truffle pasta, and…. we’ll go there and try it for yourself!
