I was invited to celebrate O.P Anderson’s end of celebration tour yesterday at Tjoget in Stockholm. Tjoget is the 37th best bar in the world, and the day before they won the prize as the Best Cocktail bar in Sweden. So we had a great lunch, served with different cocktails with O.P Anderson in all of them. 
We were able to try out the different aquavit’s. My favourite is their birch aquavit. And that one is perfect to mix with too. Did you know that aquavit is actually older than whiskey by 10 years, according to notes they have found!
We has a lot of different dishes, one of them was this tasty warm salad!
