Greek wines, most people don’t think much about them. And many haven’t even tasted.

Kir-Yianni is the winemaker behind the Assyrtiko, which is a beautiful white from Greece.

It goes really well with the Skagen we had the other day. I would recommend it with fish, like a nice piece of salmon. Or a sunny day in the garden, or as a nice pre dinner wine.

It’s a bit dry, and has a touch of citrus in the flavour.
