Frida Ronge was asked to create some food with herring from ABBA. Frida is a the Culinary director at restaurant Tak in Stockholm.
ABBA is one of the biggest brand who sells products like herring and other products from the sea. So Frida had a different task than when she normally creates her food at the famous restaurant TAK in Stockholm who serve Asian fusion at a very high level.So she created a full menue with herring. And I normally don’t eat herring, but I was totally blown away! Her recipes with the herring was amazing!
