I made some chocolate meringues the other day and topped them with some whisked cream and red currants. Every one loves this easy desert. And you can add any berries.
3 medium egg whites
2 dl castor sugar
Preheat oven to 125 C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Mix with an electric mixer the egg whites and sugar until you can turn the bowl upside down.
It will take some minutes.
Spoon meringue onto lined trays.
Bake meringues for anout 1 hour 30 mins.
