Novi Beach Club by Pontus Frithiof

If you wanna stay in Sweden but still have the feeling of a nice beach resort by the French Riviera, then Novi beach club is the place. The food is a nice mix of Swedish French cuisine. And legendary Pontus Frithiof has taken the commando over the kitchen, both at the actual hotel restaurant and by the sea at their Novi Beach Club by Pontus Frithiof. I tried several different kinds of food from the menu and it was all divine.The grilled tuna was just perfect!

Lobster Carbonara with black linguini, tarragon, pecorino and egg yolk. Such a delicious dish!!
Bruschetta with raspberry, strawberry, mascarpone ice cream and a vanilla cream.
