Baker and Spice

A favourite place of mine when in Shanghai, this is were I buy most of my breakfast breads like Danish Ryebread, sometimes lunch and very often coffee and an almond chocolate croissant. this is also the place where I started to like porridge! I have really disliked it since I was a child and when I had it here it was just so good! They also direct import wine from Australia, New Zealand, Spain..

This Danish Chinese chain is today located all over Shanghai and is a sister brand of Wagas. It is hard to believe that they only operated since 2010 because you really find them everywhere!
