Easter lunch

A great day that we always spend with my family. And we are eating so much food.

This year it was 20 C, and we could have our lunch outside in the sun.

This year we had 3 kinds of herring. The one to the left was mine with ginger, chilli, yuzu, onion and carrots. And then we had one with tomato and chilli by Frida Ronge and this years flavour by ABBA Earl Grey. You find recipe for the herring at my blog!

Sausages, salmon, rose wine and some alcohol free bubbles from God Dryck . (Where Alm the money goes to different charities!)

We also eat meat balls of course and other little things. For me the salmon is the most important thing with a Roe Sauce.
