Bbq season is on!
Landmann and Caj P had launched their new products for the season! And the sun was out, so it was a really perfect bbq lunch to try out all their goodies!!
BBQ the easy way
We were to busy during the day, so the meat was already half made. ICA has teamed up with Holy Smoke BBQ to do some meat. And it was really good! We also had some portabello with onion, and small sausages. And salad on the side. Melker was in charge of the grill!
Barbecue at Rosendal
I tried out some nice grilled food that ICA presented out at Rosendal. They were talking about this years trends. More veggies instead of meat! And the meat should be from somewhere close by. Sounds good to me!!
I took the morning boat from Lidingö to Nacka Strand to visit the Sausage Festival. And then I tried out all sorts of sausages. Boar, elk, with cheese, herbs... My favourite was a sausage with halloumi in it.
