The perfect place to lay down and read a book, or for the kids to sit and chill down a bit. With their phones.. And it’s a great place to get some use of all the pillow cases I pick up everywhere. The blanket is an old Indian bed cover. Super soft.
I found this old table in one of the sheds when we got our summer house. I suppose the old man that owned the house before us used it for his plants.. I just love mixing old weird stuff with new. And I love picking up odd things when we are out traveling.
It’s a very nice way to start the day. When summer started this year I imagined myself out on our porch in the sunshine. But this summer is more like, great no rain.. But it was nice to listen to the sound of the sea, and do some yoga this morning.
In the outskirts of Shanghai I have a friend, the old man in Pudong;) He has this big warehouse filled with ”antiques” Some old, some new. My friend brought all the ingredients to make a cake today! Because it was Emma’s nameday, and both our daughters are named Emma. So a meringue base, whipped cream mixed with greek yoghurt, vanilla and raspberry inside, topped with whisked cream and strawberries. And some crushed dry roasted almonds.
The coziest place in this part if Skåne must be Talldungen in Brösarp. You can both stay the night or just eat. They have a 3 course menu to choose from, wich is really hard. We shared the starters, and then I went for the fish as my main, and it was really tasty!
