Champagne Palmer

Tried out the fab champagne Palmer Blanc de Noirs yesterday with food. I wonder why people aren’t drinking champagne when they have a nice meal. I have always liked it, and with the food we were served yesterday it worked our perfectly!

We started out with some Vendance roe from Kalix, duckliver terrine and some caviar accompanied with some Palmer Blanc de Noirs.

And then we had a veal fillet.

With the cheese we were served a Magnum Blanc de Noirs;) Yummy ! I love cheese and champagne!!

Last night

It was my turn to host the book club, so I had stock up on wine and cheese.

This is my favourite wine out of a box! It’s really good with cheese, or a stew!

We had read a book about Ester Blenda Nordström, one of Sweden’s first Female journalists. But she was also an author and explorer!

Nabo

Nabo means neighbour in old Swedish and danish.

So first stop when you enter is the bar.

The restaurant is very Scandinavian in their style and food. It’s a nice mix!

And then we have the food, wich is really good!

And a must is their tartar ! It comes with different dips, and is utterly amazing! I will have it every time I’m there!!

The menue us long enough and it’s a nice mix of vegetarian options if your up for that.
