Their master brewer Richard Bengtsson has the last years been travelling around with some of Sweden’s best chefs. During his trips he’s been taking inspiration for different beers. And from each trip they have released two different beers.

Moderna museets restaurang
Yesterday I was invited with some others to cook with Malin Söderström, the head chef at The Modern Museum in Stockholm. We got to make the same salad that will be served at Sthlm Food & Wine the 9 – 11 th of November. There will be a Chef’s Restaurant with different famous Swedish chefs cooking. So there will be some pretty amazing food during the fair! 
At Hernö Gin
Up North in Sweden there is this Brewery making gin that just get’s all these prizes all the time! I went there with a nice group of people to try out their gin and see their factory.
Champagne Palmer
Tried out the fab champagne Palmer Blanc de Noirs yesterday with food. I wonder why people aren’t drinking champagne when they have a nice meal. I have always liked it, and with the food we were served yesterday it worked our perfectly!
Last night
It was my turn to host the book club, so I had stock up on wine and cheese.
This is my favourite wine out of a box! It’s really good with some cheese, or a stew!

He won the Chef of the Year Award a few weeks ago. And as he works at the beautiful Grand Hotel in Saltsjö Baden outside Stockholm, they are now serving his winning menue until the end of December!
Wines of Germany
I went for a combined wine tasting with some mushroom picking yesterday with Wines of Germany and Neonatur.
We tried out some Pinot Noir, and there were some really good ones! Wagner Stempel Pinot Noir Siefersheim was very nice and a favourite, and the spätburgunder Julis was a cheap and very fresh Pinot Noir.
Red currant cordial
Easy to make, and it is full of vitamins.
Ingredients:
2 kg (4 lb) redcurrants
6 dl (21 oz) caster (superfine) sugar
4 dl water (13,5 oz)
1 Vanilla pod

Anna Lallerstedt is running this classy, jet relaxed restaurant in Stockholm. There is a big beautiful dining room where you can have a nice meal. And then you have the “bar” area where you can eat breakfast, lunch and easier food.
